StayLux is a luxury vacation rental company based in Seattle, Washington that manages large and luxury vacation properties around the Northwest and the United States.

Scimitar Ridge Ranch, located on Fidalgo Island south of Anacortes, is a luxurious 21,764 square-foot lodge, chapel, indoor grotto pool, BBQ pavilion, event spaces, and multiple cabins situated on 40 secluded acres. The goal of this project was to create a vast library of content for Scimitar Ridge Ranch, including listing photos for rental platforms, social media video content, lifestyle photos, and a full video overview of the property.

StayLux's services cater to a high-end market, providing luxury vacation rentals for clients looking for premium accommodations for their vacation. Scimitar Ridge Ranch is a unique property that offers luxurious amenities such as an indoor grotto pool and a chapel. The property is perched on top of a mountain overlooking the San Juan Islands, providing guests with stunning views of the surrounding area.

Approach and Execution

Our team approached the project with a strategy to capture the essence of Scimitar Ridge Ranch and meet the client's specific needs. We planned a multi-day trip to the property with a team of four people to capture the content. We had multiple phone calls with the client to fully understand their vision and specific needs. We created a timeline for capturing the content, and our team executed the plan efficiently.

Services Provided

Photography: We captured high-quality photos of the property, focusing on the unique features and amenities that Scimitar Ridge Ranch has to offer. Our approach was to capture the essence of the property and showcase its luxurious and spacious feel. For this project, we delivered nearly 200 unique photos.

Video Production: We produced a full video overview of the property, highlighting its unique features, amenities, and stunning views. Our team produced social media videos that showcased the property's beauty and luxury.

Social Media Content: We produced various social media videos that were among the most successful videos ever posted for a StayLux property. The videos highlighted the luxurious amenities and stunning views of Scimitar Ridge Ranch. We created 23 individual videos for social media. Each of these videos is optimized to preform on social media.
