How Do I download my real estate Photos?
1. Open the email we sent you with the Google Drive link to access your photos. (Open the link on a computer)
2. Click on the provided link. You will be directed to a Google Drive folder.
3. In the Google Drive folder, you will see thumbnails of all the photos.
4. To download individual photos, right-click on the desired photo and select "Download" from the options menu. The photo will start downloading to your device.
5. If you want to download all the photos at once, click on the three dots at the top-right corner of the screen and select "Download all" from the drop-down menu. The entire folder with all the photos will be downloaded as a zip file.
6. Once the download is complete, you can access your photos on your device.

How do you deliver the real estate photos?
We use Google Drive to deliver the photos. You don't need a Google account to access the photos.
How long are the photos available for download?
The photos will be available for download from the same link for up to 1 year from the initial delivery date.
What is the file size of the delivered photos?
Our real estate photos are delivered at 14 MB, which fits our local MLS regulations.
Can I request custom-sized files?
Yes, if you need custom-sized files, please specify this when placing your order.
What if there are mistakes or omissions in the photos?
If we miss something during the shooting or editing process, we will correct it free of charge.
Do you offer advanced retouching services?
Yes, we offer advanced retouching services on a per-project basis. Examples of advanced retouching include removing political signs, digitally replacing burnt-out lightbulbs, or touching up paint, flooring, or other material changes to the property. The cost for advanced retouching is typically billed at $11 per photo.
