Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: Open to registered businesses in Southern Oregon (within 50 miles). Must be 18 or older to enter.
Entry Period: Begins October 20, 2025, at 12 PM PST and ends October 27, 2025, at 12 PM PST. Entries received after the deadline are not eligible.
Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place on October 27, 2025, at 12 PM PST.
Morality Clause: Whetstone Creative Agency reserves the right to disqualify or replace a selected winner if, in its sole discretion, the winner or their business engages in conduct or represents values inconsistent with Whetstone’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and community impact. In such cases, an alternate winner may be chosen at random.
Prize: One (1) $3,000 photo + video media package. No cash value. Must be scheduled within 90 days of announcement.
Referral Credit: If your referral wins, you receive a $300 service credit valid for any Whetstone service. Credit expires 90 days after the winner announcement and can’t be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Usage Rights: By entering, you grant Whetstone permission to use your name, logo, and resulting media for promotional purposes.
No Purchase Necessary: Entry is free. Purchasing services doesn’t improve odds.
Privacy: Information is used only for giveaway communication and follow-up. We never sell or share data.
